New Parc du Simplon distric

Switzerland has a cosmopolitan, vibrant and creative atmosphere, especially in its richest and most populous industrial cities. The alleyways of the old town centres mix different forms of art, from architecture to culinary specialities, creating a harmonious ambience between nature and modern design districts.

This is the setting in which Webuild has created the new Parc du Simplon business and residential district in Lausanne, close to the border with France. The project involves the construction of 10 public buildings with a total volume of 169,150 cubic metres and eight residential buildings with a total of 200 apartments and two office buildings.
