Hospice Project "Les Maraichers", Switzerland

The complex consists of three 7-story buildings and is located in the center of Geneva. The project has made available 108 apartments and office spaces, built according to advanced sustainability criteria. The outdoor spaces have been designed to respect biodiversity, and each block has common areas.

The central building is characterized by the presence of a large multifunctional space developed over two floors. Each apartment has ample interior spaces and a balcony with double exposure.

The project is certified Minergie P-ECO for guaranteed energy efficiency and the widespread use of natural and locally sourced materials. For example, the concrete is made by recycling materials from demolished buildings, helping to preserve natural resources and reduce CO₂ emissions. Photovoltaic solar panels have been installed on the roof.
