Al Faisaliah District Redevelopment Project

It's easy to believe that anyone looking down at Al Faisaliah Mall might feel dwarfed by how tall it stands. Indeed, it would be hard to argue otherwise, for at 267 metres, it is the fourth tallest building in Saudi Arabia.

But the grandeur of the project is not limited to the vertical aspect. Home to major design brands, Al Faisaliah Mall has recently been refurbished to the highest global architectural standards and the most innovative retail practices. This transformation has resulted in an additional 16,000 square metres, the entire area that once housed the Seyaniah and Al Khozama Centre buildings, being used to create a luxurious five-star hotel.

The renovation of the mall, the heart of the Al Faisaliah District Redevelopment Project commissioned by Al Khozama Management Company, took a total of three years and features the longest commercial façade on the streets of Riyadh.

With the new Al Khozama Hotel, the mall has a strong presence on Olaya Road in the financial district in the heart of the city.
