The A86 highway, known as the "super-périphérique," is one of the main road arteries that encircle Paris, facilitating traffic in the Île-de-France region. Crossing the city of Drancy, northeast of Paris, the A86 plays a crucial role in connecting various urban and industrial areas. The section that passes through Drancy is characterized by a series of interchanges that improve accessibility to the city and surrounding areas. Inaugurated in the 1960s, the A86 has undergone several modernizations to adapt to increasing traffic volumes. Particularly innovative is the 10 km double-level tunnel west of Paris, which reduces congestion and minimizes environmental impact. This highway is essential for freight and passenger transport, significantly contributing to the local economy. Due to its strategic importance, the A86 is one of the busiest and most vital infrastructures in the French highway network.

The works carried out for this contract specifically concern the section of the A86 motorway located between the RD 114 in the municipality of La Courneuve and the RD 115 in the municipality of Bobigny. The section consists of 550 + 445 m of motorway in an urban area, covered with acoustic insulation covers. Among the various works carried out were white reinforced concrete pillars to support the lateral acoustic screens, pedestrian sidewalks, walkways, ramps and connecting bridges, underground technical rooms and tunnels. And then emergency exits with white reinforced concrete facades and architectural workmanship, canalizations and manholes for the evacuation of rainwater and canalizations under the platform for electricity, signaling and data transmission systems.
