The Big One

Long Beach International Gateway is a bridge of the very latest generation in terms of earthquake-proofing and eco-sustainability, whose durability is guaranteed for a hundred years in one of the world's highest seismic risk areas, near the St. Andrew Fault, where geologists, scientists and journalists have been speculating for decades about the arrival of the Big One, the great earthquake, which according to the latest calculations of the U.S. Geological Survey will strike between Los Angeles and San Diego between 2028 and 2038 with a magnitude of (at least) 6.7 on the Richter scale.
